Rosemary MacIntire had visited a mall in Salisbury, Wicomico County, Maryland on the day of her disappearance. When she did not return home her family filed a missing persons report. On December 10, 1969 the remains of Rosemary MacIntire were located in the vicinity of Dailey's Store on Harrison Road Bridge in Worcester County, MD. The crime appeared to be sexual in nature.
