Mosley was found deceased along the side of Log Cabin Road at 4:46 a.m.  His cab, which he drove for Bailey's Taxi Service, was discovered near the railroad tracks on Boundary Road, several miles away from where his body was found.  Mosely was shot several times. Investigation revealed Mosley had been dispatched to Super Soda on Cypress Street for a fare at 3:10 a.m.  According to witnesses, Mosley picked up a lone black male at the Super Soda.  He was never heard from again.  The black male has never been identified.
