​Nolien Cyril was found dead in his motor vehicle from multiple gunshot wounds.  He was a known drug dealer in the area. Witnesses saw two African American males walking away from Cryil's car at the time of the shooting.  Many suspects were developed, however no evidence linking any specific suspect was generated.
