James Stoddard was last seen getting into a vehicle on February 2, 1981. It was alleged that Stoddard was involved in the drug trade and associated with a motorcycle gang. The fully clothed body of James Stoddard was recovered in the Severn River near the Bay Ridge Community on February 4, 1981.
