On August 27,1996 the skeletal remains of an unidentified female were located off of the Westbound I-70 ramp to Maryland Route 94 in Lisbon, Howard County, MD. The female was dressed in a white v-neck tee shirt, size 46-48 and size 8 Levi 551 relax fit jeans. The victim was later identified as Tonya Gardner.
