On 12/29/1993, the husband of Mildred Wagoner contacted her father to report her being deceased. Mildred Wagoner's father then contacted the Maryland State Police, who responded to the residence in the 2400 block of Dargan School Road in Sharpsburg, Washington County, MD and found the victim deceased in her bed with an apparent gunshot wound. At the time of Mildred Wagoner's death other family members were present in the home.
