​Victor Grant was a young child who was found unresponsive by his mother.  He was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.  The cause of his death was ruled blunt force trauma.  A suspect was identified who was a friend of the child's mother, but sufficient evidence to charge was not obtained.
