On September 14, 1972 motorists discovered a body on the southbound exit ramp from I-495 to MD Route 5 in Camp Springs, Prince George's County, MD. The body was subsequently identified as Paul Jackson, Jr. who had been shot. It is believed Jackson was shot at another location and his body left on the exit ramp. Jackson was alleged to have been in the company of two associates from Washington D.C. the previous evening. Two suspects were identified however, no charges were ever placed due to lack of evidence.
