The Maryland Department of State Police (MDSP) Procurement Division is responsible for acquiring the essential equipment, supplies, services, and information technology needed to sustain law enforcement, homeland security, and aviation operations. The division is subject to oversight by the Maryland Department of General Services - Office of State Procurement and coordinates with the Maryland Board of Public Works for major capital acquisitions.
