Charles Marks was found with a gunshot wound after a motor vehicle accident in the area of I-95 and Route 100. Marks was the driver of a white cargo van traveling northbound on I-95 in the area at approximately 3:40 p.m. when the incident occurred. Marks death was ruled a homicide.
