Juanita Oxenrider, her husband, and another male were seen boarding a boat on seven foot knolls in the Chesapeake Bay. Later the boat caught fire and sunk. Oxenrider’s husband and wallet with missing money was located and Juanita and the other male have not been located. Foul play is suspected.
