State Police Licensing Division

ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 14TH, BEGINNING AT 7AM AND CONCLUDING AT APPROXIMATELY 1PM, THE MARYLAND STATE POLICE WILL BE PERFORMING MAINTENANCE AND UPDATES ON VARIOUS SYSTEMS, INCLUDING THE LICENSING PORTAL AND THE E-GOV/MY LICENSE (HQL, QHI & LEOSA) SYSTEMS. DURING THIS MAINTENANCE PERIOD, USERS MAY EXPERIENCE LIMITED TO NO CONNECTIVITY TO THESE SYSTEMS. THE MARYLAND STATE POLICE IS ADVISING USERS TO REFRAIN FROM UTILIZING THESE SYSTEMS DURING THE MAINTENANCE PERIOD. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THAT THIS MAY CAUSE.
