Senate Bill 760 (2023) mandating Security Guard Training, creating Security Guard Employers and establishing reporting requirements. Effective: 1/1/2025
Senate Bill 729 (2024) amending and creating additional reporting requirements. SB729 also delays the enactment date of SB760. Effective: Section 2 and 3: 1/1/2025, Section 4: 6/1/2024
